Samuel Adams

Samuel Adams is a senator of the USA. Christopher Mably called for his assistance in stopping the Chevalier from further proceeding with E-Pandora Project which in truth was failing. Samuel would even praise Elizabeth for her hard work and skill. But as the Chevalier retaliated, it was said he resigned for personal reasons. Samuel Adams is based off the real-live Samuel Adams who was one of the founding fathers of the US. He is a manga-only character.

Joan Ala

Joan Ala is a 3rd year student at Korea Genetics. Appearing only during the E-Pandora Project Arc, she participated in the said project and was chosen to be Gina Papleton's opponent during the mock battles. She was able to dispatch her shortly after the fight began.

Noelle Allouache

Noelle Allouache is Satellizer L. Bridget's biological mother.

Gengo Aoi

Dr. Gengo Aoi is a member of the Chevalier organization, and top Nova/Stigmata/Pandora researcher. He is the grandfather of Kazuha Aoi and Kazuya Aoi.

Kazuha Aoi

Kazuha Aoi is the hero of the 8th Nova Clash, who died in a self destruct explosion, when she used her Nova Form to defeat the hostile Nova. She is the granddaughter of Gengo Aoi and elder sister to Kazuya Aoi.

Kazuya Aoi

Kazuya Aoi is a 1st year Limiter student at West Genetics and a Limiter. He has partnered with Satellizer L. Bridget. Rana Linchen pursues him to bond with her. He is the grandson of Gengo Aoi and younger brother to Kazuha Aoi. His grandfather wants him to marry Ouka Tenjouin; is his own cousin, being a member of his family.

Ryuuichi Aoi

Ryuuichi Aoi is the father of Kazuha Aoi and Kazuya Aoi, and the son of Gengo Aoi.

Kate Avelli

Kate Avelli is a hitch-hiker who hitches in her underwear, and topless. Arnett McMillan calls her a prostitute. She's later mistaken for a lesbian when caught naked in bed with Cynthia Ruth. She's finally revealed to be a US Chevalier Pandora when she rescues Keith McMillan.

Alice

Alice (serial GM157) was a Pandora-candidate-select from France. She is from the same induction cadet training camp group as Elizabeth Mably, from the 28th Genetics Welcome Group.

Annie

Annie is a Chevalier Pandora assigned to Alaska Base and is the Pandora of Bentley. She has black hair and is capable of performing Triple Accel. She and her team encounter Satellizer, Rana, Amelia and Kazuya during the E-Pandora Rebellion Arc and lost three fingers during the battle. Though she and her team were losing, they were quite determined to continue fighting if it weren't for Chiffon and Eugene's intervention. Annie and Bentley would then re-encounter Amelia in Dr. Scarlett Ohara's office. With Amelia entering her Nova Form, they were easily beaten but not before Annie gives the warning that Amelia is turning into a Nova. It is unknown if she survived or not.

B

Mi-Ryung Baek

Mi-Ryung Baek was a cadet Pandora in her junior year at West Genetics in 2060, when she came in first at the Spring Carnival. She missed out being selected for the Numbers squad, due to the family connections of Kazuha Aoi, who got the place instead, even though she finished last.

Aileen Barnett

Aileen is a 4th Year Pandora of West Genetics and a Chevalier Intern. Her Limiter was never revealed. She leads the first platoon of 4th Year Pandora-Limiters teams during the 10th Nova Clash when the Nova invade West Genetics. She and her platoon are the first to encounter the Nova Form Pandora at West Genetics.

Bentley

Bentley is a Chevalier Limiter and the Limiter of Annie. Bentley, Annie and their teammates fought against Satellizer, Kazuya, Rana and Amelia. After Chiffon and Eugene's intervention, he helps a beaten Annie walk away. He and his partner would confront Amelia once again in Dr. Scarlett Ohara's office. His freezing was proven ineffective against Amelia who has entered Nova Form. Amelia attacks him, enraging Annie but his partner is beaten as well. It is not clear if he survived his wounds or not. He is a manga-only character.

Leo Bernard

Leo Bernard is a 2nd year Limiter student at West Genetics, he is a bonded Limiter. He is bonded with Ingrid Bernstein.

Ingrid Bernstein

I Love The Sea is a Nova character in the non-canon fourth Omake OVA episode. It is the winner of the swimming contest, and wears a pink polka-dot bikini top.

Rachel Johannsen

Rachel Johannsen, serial GM162, was a Pandora-candidate-select. She is from the same induction cadet training camp group as Elizabeth Mably, from the 28th Genetics Welcome Group. She was a constant companion of Elizabeth who has helped her on a few occasions. During an underwater training session, she gets stuck in some debris just as the bombs they placed were about to explode. She begs Elizabeth to help her but they are ultimately saved by Instructor Park Se-Mi. She appears only in Freezing: Zero.

June

June is a 3rd Year Pandora of East Genetics. Her Limiter was never revealed. She is calm and reserved. June is a close friend of Nena and Cassie Lockheart. In the manga, she débuts during the 10th Nova Clash. Cassie had just been confessed to by Kyoichi Minase. She and Nena make their presence known and she congratulates her. In the anime, she only makes a brief cameo.

Miyabi Kannazuki

Yu-Mi Kim

Levon Brooks

Levon Brooks was a 1st year Limiter student at East Genetics and a top Limiter prospect. He tried to bond with Satellizer L. Bridget, but in the attempt to do so, was brutally beaten up by her, and had to retire from Genetics, never to become a Limiter again.

Cassie Lockheart

Linda

Linda is a Chevalier member Pandora assigned to Alaska Base. She resonates with the Amelia Evans-Nova and transforms completely into a Nova. She appears only in the manga.

Rana Linchen's elder sister

Rana Linchen's older sister is a martial artist, and appears as a Nova-induced vision during the joint Pandora-Valkyrie West Genetics exercise against dummy Novas that went awry when resonance occurred with the Nova signal.

Maria Lancelot

Maria Lancelot was revered as "The Mother of Pandora's," and "The Goddess of Humanity". She presumably died during the early Nova Clashes, and her weapon was christened the "Anti-Nova". Her body is sealed under West Genetics, and all the Pandora's' stigmata come from her crystallized body.

Petty Layner

Isabella Lucas

Isabella Lucas is a member of the Busters and former member of the Chevalier, who has been assigned to Operation Cat Killer, which entails the assassination Gengo Aoi and all associated with him.

Christopher Mably

Christopher Mably is the father of Elizabeth Mably. He is bald man in his middle-ages and the head of the Mably Corporation. Christopher taught Elizabeth of Noblesse Oblige and firmly believes in it himself. Despite the warnings of his advisors and the lack of any financial benefit, he chose to side with Elizabeth in going against the Chevalier in order stop the failing E-Pandora Project. He is a manga-only character.

Daisy Mably

Daisy Mably is Elizabeth Mably's younger sister. She is also younger than her brother Thomas Mably. She appears only in Freezing: Zero

Elizabeth Mably

Elizabeth Mably or "Elly" (serial GM160) is a 3rd year Pandora student at West Genetics, she is a bonded Pandora. She is bonded with Andre Françoise. She is the oldest child of her nuclear family.

Thomas Mably

Thomas Mably is Elizabeth Mably's younger brother. He is older than the younger sister Daisy Mably. He appears only in Freezing: Zero.

Milena Marius

Nena is a 3rd Year Pandora in East Genetics. Her Limiter was never revealed. She is a cheerful and enthusiastic girl. Nena is the close friend of June and Cassie Lockheart. Appearing only during the 10th Nova Clash, she makes her début in the manga right after Kyoichi Minase confesses to Cassie. She expresses a friendly kind of jealously towards Cassie who had just been confessed to since she also wants a boy to confess to her as well. She soon suggests they eat out with Cassie paying for their meals. In the anime, she only makes a brief cameo.

Barret Osborne

Barret Osborne is a Chevalier Pandora and has the rank of lieutenant. She is assigned to Alaska Base. She resonates with the Amelia Evans-Nova and fully transform into a Nova. She has her humanity restored by the end of the 11th Nova Clash. She is a manga-only character.

Sharon Obama

Sharon Obama is a Pandora student at West Genetics.

Scarlett Ohara

Park Se-Mi

Park Se-Mi was the Chevalier training camp instructor for the induction cadre training camp group of Elizabeth Mably (platoon #3), from the 28th Genetics Welcome Group. She held the rank of second lieutenant. She appears only in Freezing: Zero.

Anna Parker

Anna Parker is a 3rd year Pandora student at London Genetics. She fights the first battle with the E-Pandora. She fights with her twin blades and is able to defeat her opponent. She is considered to be good, but not on the level of Holly Rose.

Celie Parnell

Celie Parnell was a Pandora who betrayed her platoon during the 8th Nova Clash and ran from battle, leaving the platoon fatally compromised, resulting in its destruction. She is the eldest daughter of the Parnell family, elder sister to Dolly Parnell. Dolly would later reveal that she was no deserter but instead survived but suffered emotional trauma. "Celie" is a name of Latin origin meaning "Heaven". She appears only in Freezing: Zero

Dolly Parnell

Dolly Parnell is a Pandora at West Genetics when Arnett McMillan first started there, being a member of her platoon. Her older sister, Celie Parnell, a member of the 25th Generation of Pandora's, broke orders and fled, leaving her comrades to die. The family of these Pandora's would come to make up Dolly's squad. Because of the event the rest of her squad alienated and bullied her. She appears only in Freezing: Zero.

Gina Papleton

Gina Papleton is a E-Pandora from the E-Pandora Project.

Raddox Phantomime

Raddox Phantomime was the chief of the Chevalier during the E-Pandora revolt, and had been since before Kazuha Aoi entered West Genetics.

Franka Porsche

Franka Porsche is a member of the Valkyrie contingent that made their début at the West Genetics stadium. She hails from Germany.

Remington

Remington is a Chevalier Pandora who is ranked Lieutenant. She is assigned in the Alaska Base and débuts during the 11th Nova Clash. Her Limiter was never revealed. She leads those under her command against the Type-S Nova and the Unknown Type invading the Alaska Base. With the arrival of Louis, Holly, Cassie, Kyoichi, Julia and her Limiter, she attempted to take her subordinates to fight the Novafied Amelia but is forced to stay when the Unknown Type deploys Type-Maria Pandora.

Lucy Renault

Robert

Robert is a 2nd Year Limiter of West Genetics. He was only mentioned during the 12th Nova Clash and is partnered to an unnamed Pandora.

Holly Rose

Shikouin Sakurako is a 4th Year Pandora of West Genetics. Her Limiter was never revealed. She is shown to be confident and ready to fight the Nova. She leads the 2nd Platoon of 4th Year Pandora-Limiters teams from West Genetics to assist the East Genetics forces battling on Yokohama Beach. She only makes a brief cameo in the anime.

Kouichirou Sasagami

Kouichirou Sasagami is the Chevalier Commander and is in-charged of the regional operations of Japan. He is based on a battleship and overviews the battle of the East Genetics forces against the Nova. He would reveal the Nova's fate of exploding if left unchecked and undefeated. He is a manga-only character who appears in the 10th Nova Clash.

Elize Schmitz

Elise Schmitz is an instructor at West Genetics, she is a bonded Pandora.

Leonard Schweitzer

Leonard Schweitzer is a Chevalier Colonel assigned to oversee the operations of West Genetics and is the Vice-Principal of the school. Sister Margaret would explain to him the dark side of Stigmata which leads to Pandoras entering Nova Form. He is a manga-only character who appears during the 10th Nova Clash.

Tii was Ticy Phenyl's pet turtle. He was first introduced in Freezing: First Chronicles chapter 1, and had died in chapter 2. Felice Mojave had provided a facsimile turtle trying to deceive Ticy of its death.

Teslad is one of the five Legendary Pandora's from Lab 13, awakened for the 12th Nova Clash.

Tyrol

Tyrol is a 2nd Year Pandora. She has short black hair. She is a close friend of Virginia, the partner of an unnamed Limiter and was under the command of Marin Maxwell during the 9th Nova Clash. Tyrol was forced to perform the Baptism Ceremony prematurely due to the invading Nova. She followed Marin to battle but fled when Marin gave her consent to. Tyrol and Virginia would later tell Ingrid Bernstein that Marin had allowed the 1st Years to leave and no one broke orders. She is a manga-only character who appeared in the 3rd Year Punishment Arc. She is replaced by Ganessa Roland in the anime.

Michelle Veizar is a Pandora student at West Genetics.

Virginia

Virginia is a 2nd Year Pandora of West Genetics. She has long hair of uncertain color. She is a close friend of Tyrol, the partner of an unnamed Limiter and was under the command of Marin Maxwell during the 9th Nova Clash. With the Nova threat, she and all the 1st Years at the time were forced to perform a Baptism. They fought with Marin but ultimately fled for their lives. Virginia and Tyrol would later reveal to Ingrid Bernstein Marin's last order to them during the Clash. She is a manga-only character who appears in the 3rd Year Punishment Arc. She is replaced by Ganessa Roland in the anime.
