Conflict I is the seventy-third chapter of the Freezing series, first chapter of Volume 12 and sixth chapter of the E-Pandora Rebellion Arc.
Synopsis[]
Satellizer L. Bridget, Rana Linchen, and Amelia Evans are seen continuing their fight against Chevalier Pandora's. They are easily able to defeat some of them, but they are continuously met with more Pandora's until the arrival of Chiffon Fairchild, and Eugene, who then approaches them, with the intent to end their rebellion. André Françoise is then seen using his Freezing to stop Charles Bonaparte and her clones. Elizabeth Mably demands André to stop but he tells her that he has no intention of stopping. Elizabeth finally accepts André's help and tries to finish Charles but, Charles is able to activate her new and improved Pandora Mode.
Summary[]
Satellizer L. Bridget, Rana Linchen and Amelia Evans fight more Chevalier Pandora and Limiters. Annie and Bentley being among them. They easily beat them, notably severing three of Annie's fingers. However, the Chevalier Pandora have just as much determination to stop them as Satellizer and Rana with regards to helping Amelia escape. The fight would have resumed if not for Chiffon Fairchild and Eugene arriving. Chiffon apologizes for her underclassmen's behavior and promises to appropriately punish them when they return to West Genetics. Chiffon lies and says that Elizabeth Mably had ordered Satellizer and Rana to lower their weapons. But Satellizer refuses and makes it clear that if Chiffon stood in their way, she will have no choice but to fight her, willing to test if Chiffon is as strong as the rumors say. With Chiffon surely fighting again, Eugene face-palms his own forehead. Chiffon glares with her closed eyes and tells her she will not need to use her full strength.
André Françoise has unleashed a more powerful Freezing Field which completely stops Charles Bonaparte and all her copies. Signs of Stigmata corrosion is evident on André's face, which alarms Citroen. Unlike Pandora, Limiters cannot control the Stigmata's power and cannot regain control of the activation if they lose it. Limiters cannot survive Stigmata corrosion. Elizabeth orders André to stop but André instead urges Elizabeth to attack now that he has provided her with an opportunity. André does not want to see Elizabeth lose. Although Charles thinks it is all crazy for André to sacrifice himself for what she deems to be meaningless fight, Elizabeth is determined to beat Charles. Elizabeth fires multiple lasers at Charles. But Charles activates a different kind of Pandora Mode, and she is unscathed.
